Phase 1 - Sign Up |
| Every time we arrange a new tournament, any user who owns the needed verification – level is able to sign in immediately. The sign in is a provisional reservation, which shows us, how much players or teams propose to participate at this tournament. The applied tournament size (16/32/64 etc.) doesn´t matter at this point, because more players than planned can always sign in and we are able to lower or raise the tournament size. |

Phase 2 – Check In |
| The sign in phase closes 30 minutes before the tournament starts. Over a period of 10 minutes, the signed in players have the privilege to check in and get a slot in the tournament. It´s essential: “First come, first served”. If you act too slowly, participating is not possible. After 10 minutes, the signed in, but not checked in players will be removed from the reservation list. |

| Phase 3 – Partition of vacant tournament slots (optional) |
| In the last 20 minutes until the tournament starts, the sign in is reopened to dispose the last open slots in the tournament bracket. With a little bit of luck, you are now able to get hold of the remaining tournament slots. This second chance will only be provided if not all tournament slots are taken in phase 2. |
